Vision, Mission and Objectives of the Program

Vision

A study program that can create hospital leaders with noble character who are able to contribute to health services development efforts in Indonesia.

Mission

  1. Organizing quality hospital administration education and teaching program.
  2. Playing a role in the scientific development of hospital administration in Indonesia through Tridharma (Three Pillars of Higher Education comprising Education, Research and Community Service)
  3. Generating hospital leaders with a high integrity, intellectuality and professionalism in their fields.
  4. Creating an academic climate to support the Study Program’s vision.

Objectives

  1. Creating an inclusive educational community based on integrity and professionalism.
  2. Preparing students to be graduates who are intelligent and have a conscience through the provision of a clear and focused educational program, so that they can apply, develop, enrich, and advance hospital administration science.
  3. Developing and disseminating knowledge in the field of hospitalization and seeking its application to improve the quality of health services.
  4. Strengthening the role as the higher education provider and cooperating with professional institutions and associations, so that graduates can acquire expertise at the professional level.

General Learning Outcomes of Hospital Administration Studies:

  1. Able to recommend adaptive, innovative and evidence-based anticipation and problem solving efforts in hospital management.
  2. Able to develop hospital strategies as a measure to anticipate changes in the external and internal environment.
  3. Able to deliver the results of research to the wider community, both in writing and orally, which are published in national or international standard media.
  4. Able to manage hospital resources based on ethics and professionalism.
  5. Able to analyze the principles of good hospital governance.
  6. Able to analyze health policies related to hospitalization.
  7. Able to lead hospital organizations with shared vision approaches, mental models and systems thinking.
  8. Able to adapt the public health principles in health service efforts in hospitals.
