The Faculty of Public Health (FPH) Universitas Indonesia (UI) held a leadership meeting (Rapim) with an agenda for monitoring and evaluating the performance of the first quarter of 2023 on Tuesday, March 28, 2023, in a mixed manner. The leadership meeting was attended by Faculty Leaders, Heads of Departments and Study Groups, Heads of Study Programs, Faculty Secretaries, Managers, Chairs of LPPKM, Chairs of the Public Health Journal Commission, Deputy General Managers and Coordinators.
The leadership meeting was opened by the Deputy Dean for Education, Research and Student Affairs, Dr. Ir. Asih Setiarini, M.Sc. “This meeting will discuss the performance contract for each department, study program, Pokdi, achievements and obstacles encountered as well as what joint steps can be taken to strengthen the results of the faculty’s coke,” said Dr. Asih at the opening of the meeting. This meeting was held to consolidate reports at the faculty level before submitting them to the university level. This Rapim is a continuation of the Management Meeting which discussed performance achievements within the Dean’s scope on Friday, March 24, 2023.
In 2023 the Faculty of Public Health will obtain a cascading number of 69 indicators, up from 2022 with 68 indicators. There are several adjustments in the operational definition and achievement calculation formula. All performance achievements of each unit, department, Pokdi, LPPKM and journal commissions have been submitted to the SISKA application (Performance Information System), an innovation system that has become a flagship in the development of the Integrity Zone (Zona Integritas) at FPH UI and has even been replicated by the UI Vocational Education Program.
Based on the presentations of all meeting participants, the highest achievement of the department/pokdi group was achieved by the K3 Department of 80.72%, the highest achievement of study programs was produced by the Bachelor of Public Health at 94% and the highest achievement by units was achieved by the Public Relations and Archives Unit at 102.133%.
In addition to discussing performance contracts, the Rapim also discussed an agenda that was quite urgent related to the proposal for induction for new lecturers and the agenda for changing the calculation of lecturer credit scores referring to KemenPAN RB regulations. (sf)
