In order to prepare for the implementation of SMAP ISO 3700:2016, the Faculty of Public Health (FPH) Universitas Indonesia (UI) held a training as a start to increase the understanding of all staff at the FPH UI Faculty Administration Center (PAF) regarding the Anti-Bribery Management System. The training is divided into several stages. Phase one and two of training were held on Thursday and Friday, 28-29 July 2022.
Furthermore, in the third stage, the training was held again on Friday, 12 August 2022. In this training, participants consisting of the Faculty Secretary, Deputy Managers, Coordinators and 1 Staff from 14 work Subunits and the FPH UI Integrity Zone team were trained to convey goals and risks bribe per part/function. Participants are asked to discuss with fellow subunit members about the potential risk of bribery, the nature of risk, risk category, internal and external causes, the impact of risk, controls that have been implemented, level of likelihood of the risk occurring, level of impact severity, level of risk velocity, risk management, control plan additional and target risks after treatment.
The results of each group’s discussion based on subunits were presented before the speakers and other participants. At this training, Muhammad Hatta Adam was a resource person who provided input to the participants regarding the risks of bribery per section/division that had been created.
ISO 37001 is an international standard for anti-bribery management systems published by the ISO international standardization agency. SMAP ISO 37001 is an international standard for determining the application of policies, procedures and organizational controls that are reasonable and proportionate to the bribery risks faced by the organization.
