The Faculty of Public Health (FPH) at the Universitas Indonesia (UI) has started the selection process for the development of the Integrity Zone (ZI) towards the Clean Serving Bureaucracy Area (WBBM). On 3 February 2023, FPH UI participated in monitoring and evaluation for the ZI Evaluation Worksheet (LKE) for the January period. The next stage, which was held on March 3, 2023, online, FPH UI underwent monitoring and evaluation from the Directorate General of Higher Education, Research and Technology (Ditjen Dikristek).
Monitoring and evaluation are carried out in parallel for each change area. Monev is carried out through discussions related to LKE ZI which have been submitted via the INSPIRAZI website. The effective duration of this monitoring and evaluation is 105 minutes with discussion especially regarding the suitability between the LKE and the uploaded supporting evidence. The submission of the work unit as WBBM is very different compared to the previous WBK proposal, so that the work unit is asked to really pay attention to the benefits that the work unit provides for the community both externally and internally.
The Directorate General of Research and Technology carries out this monitoring and evaluation to follow up on the results of the ZI development coordination Towards a Clean and Serving Bureaucratic Area, for work units within the Directorate General of Research and Technology that have won the title of Corruption-Free Area (WBK) in 2021. Monitoring and evaluation is intended to see the progress of each work unit as preparation for ZI-WBBM in 2023. (wrk)
