The Universitas Indonesia (UI) Public Health Faculty (FPH) together with 34 supervisory objects selected based on criteria from the UI Archives Office have undergone internal archival monitoring. Oversight of the internal archives is a work program of the UI Archives Office under the University Secretary which is implemented within the university. Archives Supervision is carried out as a guarantee of certainty over the compliance of the Archive management of the University of Indonesia with all applicable archival regulations in order to realize the availability of active, inactive, vital and static archives as proof of accountability and authentic evidence for the University of Indonesia.
The monitoring object filled out the self-assessment form and uploaded the supervision evidence on February 7-17 2023. After the self-assessment process was complete, the supervisory team consisted of 3 people, namely Eska Septina Anggraini and Yudian Padri Mukti from the UI Archives Office, and Fathia Az’ zahra from the UI Faculty of Administrative Sciences conducted a field visitation on 23 February 2023 – 2 March 2023.
Field visits conducted at FPH UI started from the Dean, Deputy Deans, General Administration Unit, Faculty Secretary, Journal Commission, Faculty Academic Senate, Faculty Professors Council, Collaboration Unit, Alumni Relations, and Ventures, Human Resources Unit, Finance Unit , Faculty of Public Health Archives Unit, Public Relations and Archives Unit, Academic Quality Assurance Unit, Non-Academic Quality Assurance Unit, Educational Administration Unit, Undergraduate Public Health Study Program, Public Health Science Masters Study Program, Public Health Science Doctoral Study Program, Student Affairs Unit, Logistics Unit, Facility Maintenance and Management Unit, Research and Community Service Unit, Quality Study Group, Reproductive Health Study Group, Department of Epidemiology, Department of Biostatistics, Department of Health Administration and Policy, Master Program in Hospital Administration Studies, Department of Nutrition, Department of Safety and Health Work, Undergraduate Study Program K Occupational health and safety, Department of Environmental Health, and Department of Health Education and Behavioral Sciences.
The next stage after verification is the preparation of the minutes of the audit results and providing objections to the minutes of the temporary audit results in the period of 10 – 17 March 2023. (GNA)
