Esther Indriani, S.KM, M.PH

Esther Indriani is a Senior Technical Advisor Health & Nutrition at World Vision International. World Vision is a global community of millions, working together to change the lives of vulnerable children. Currently, the organizational culture reflects a partnership of World Vision offices in nearly 100 countries and almost 37,000 staffs. The organization was founded in and united by the founders’ shared Christian values. Its supporters, partners, and staff of World Vision join forces with communities on the ground to help children enjoy good health, be educated for life, experience love of God and their neighbors, and are cared for, protected, and participating.

Esther Indriani received her undergraduate degree from the Faculty of Public Health at Universitas Indonesia on 1998. After graduation, she landed on her first job at World Vision as a National Maternal Child Health and Nutrition Specialist in Indonesia. She continues her study on 2002 at the Maastricht University and graduated with a Master of Public Health degree a year later. On 2007, she completed her postgraduate degree where she majored in Food Security and Nutrition at Wageningen University. She received several licenses and certifications including Master Trainer on Positive Deviance Health Approach on 2015, Health in Humanitarian Crises on 2017, and Early Childhood Development for Sustainable Development on 2018.

Nowadays, she has been working as a Senior Technical Advisor Health & Nutrition for the World Vision International starting from July 2020. She has been a part of the World Vision International for over 21 years and has held several important positions within the organization such as Maternal Child Health & Nutrition Specialist in Indonesia for nine years, Maternal Child Health & Nutrition Specialist in South Asia and Pacific Region for more than six years, Regional Health and Nutrition Advisor for two years, and Technical Advisor Health & Nutrition for three years.
