Usep Sutisna, SKM
Usep Sutisna is currently working as a Senior Analyst for Incident Reporting & Investigation at PT Pertamina Hulu Energi (PHE). PT Pertamina Hulu Energi was established in 2002 and is engaged in the management of upstream oil & gas and energy business both domestic and foreign as well as business activities related to and or supporting business activities in the oil & gas sector.
Before working at PHE, in 2003 Usep completed his studies in the field of Occupational Health and Safety at the Faculty of Public Health, Universitas Indonesia. He also worked as a Project HSE manager at PT. Industrial Engineering for 5 years and served as HSE Coordinator at PHE ONWJ for 7 years.
