Yulisar Khiat, S.E, M.ARS
Yulisar Khiat is the Managing Director for Operational and General Affairs at the Hermina Hospitals, Indonesia. It is a business group that offers general hospital services and has developed comprehensive services supported by specialist care. The business group was founded on the initiative of Mrs. Hermina Sulaiman on 1967. She started the business by establishing a Maternity Hospital in Jatinegara, East Jakarta who was originally named Rumah Bersalin Djatinegara (Jatinegara’s Maternity Hospital). Though it is a private hospital, Hermina Hospitals provides services for both general and BPJS (Indonesia’s Universal Health Coverage) patients.
Yulisar Khiat first obtained his Bachelor of Economics degree before continuing his study in the health-related field. He chooses to continue his study at the Faculty of Public Health, Universitas Indonesia where he majored in Hospital and Health Care Facilities Administration/Management. He finished his degree within four years and starts working for Hermina Hospitals in Jatinegara since then. He worked there for 14 years and his last position was as the Deputy Director.
Known for his hardworking personality and perseverance, he is now one of Hermina Hospitals’ Board of Director. He serves for the position of Managing Director for Operational and General Affairs since February 2018. Other than serving as the Managing Director for Operational and General Affairs, he is currently serving as the Developer Director of PT Pembangunan, Pengelola, dan Pemilik Menara Proteksi Indonesia (Development, Management, and Owner of the Indonesian Protection Tower, Ltd) as well.
