Preparing the Integrity Zone towards the Clean Serving Bureaucracy Area (WBBM), Faculty of Public Health (FPH) Universitas Indonesia (UI) invites the participation and awareness of all parties within the faculty environment. One of them is the officers who are at the forefront of service. For this front line, the Deputy Dean for Resources, Ventures, and General Administration provided socialization as a refresher and invited officers to be ready to face this big goal of FPH UI.
“Enjoyment and blessings do not always come from material abundance or from what we have, but the blessings of life often come from a sincere attitude and integrity. This attitude of sincerity and integrity is a very important capital for all parties in carrying out their mandates at FPH UI,” said Dr. Milla Herdayati, S.K.M., M.Sc., Deputy Dean for Resources, Ventures, and General Administration. Doctor Milla conveyed these wise words at the socialization which took place in the Doctoral Promotion Room of the FPH UI, on Monday, May 8, 2023. The socialization was attended by 55 security and cleaning officers and was attended by the General Manager, Dr. Martya Rahmaniati; Faculty Secretary, Nelasari, M.K.M .; Deputy General Manager, Lilis Komariyah, M.A.R.S.; HR Unit Coordinator, Dwi Asiati, S.E .; PPF and Logistics Coordinator, Lilis Manherlis, S.E., and Public Relations Coordinator, Sofiyatul Choiriyah, S.E.
In order to better internalize the socialization objectives, on this occasion the participants were also invited to demonstrate the usual service activities and they are likely to encounter them. The role play was carried out by the security and cleaning staff with enthusiasm and fun. The Prima Service Pocket Book is one of the innovations that serves as a guide for all service provider staff at FPH UI so that the services provided can meet and exceed customer expectations. (sf)
