The Epidemiology Masters Study Program, Faculty of Public Health (FPH), Universitas Indonesia (UI) monitored and evaluated surveillance for LAM-PTKes accreditation on Thursday, 1 December 2022, through a Zoom Meeting. This Monev was attended by the Dean of FPH UI, Prof. dr. Mondastri Korib Sudaryo, M.S., D.Sc.; Deputy Dean for Education, Research and Student Affairs FPH UI, Dr. Ir. Asih Setiarini, M.Sc.; Deputy Dean for Resources, Ventures and General Administration of FPH UI, Dr. Milla Herdayati, S.K.M., M.Si. FPH UI Academic Manager, Dr. Laila Fitria, S.K.M., M.K.M.; FPH UI Student Affairs Manager, Dien Anshari, S.Sos., M.Sc., Ph.D .; General Manager of FPH UI, Dr. Martya Rakhmaniati Makful, S.Sc., M.Sc.; Deputy General Manager of FPH UI, Lilis Komariyah, S.Sos., M.A.R.S.; Coordinator of the Academic Quality Assurance Unit (UPMA), Dian Wulandari, S.K.M., M.M., as well as the secretariat of the Epidemiology Masters Study Program and UPMA.
“Through this monitoring and evaluation, FPH conveys progress in maintaining the quality of the Epidemiology Masters Study Program,” said the Dean of FPH UI in his remarks. Prof. Asnawi Abdullah, S.K.M., MHSM., MSc.HPPF., DLSHTM., Ph.D., The assessor in this surveillance said that this monitoring and evaluation was carried out to review the extent to which FPH UI had followed up the assessor’s recommendations on the last accreditation. “Let’s carry out this monitoring and evaluation activity with the intention of how to build quality, how can the accreditation title in the future be maintained,” said Prof. Abdullah in his speech.
The presentation of the results of the study program follow-up was carried out by Dr. dr. Helda, M.Kes., Head of the FPH UI Epidemiology Masters Study Program. Doctor Helda explained seven standard criteria, which include Vision, Mission, Goals and Targets, and Achievement Strategies; Governance, Leadership, Management System, and Quality Assurance; Students and Alumni; Human Resources; Curriculum, Learning, and Academic Atmosphere; Funding, Facilities, and Infrastructure, as well as Information Systems and Research, Service/Community Service, and Cooperation.
The follow-up results were presented by a discussion and question and answer session from Prof. Asnawi to the Epidemiology Masters Program Team. After conducting surveillance monitoring and evaluating the FPH UI Epidemiology Masters Study Program based on the 2018 assessor’s recommendation by LAM-PTKes through follow-up verification and evidence of attachments, the FPH UI Epidemiology Masters Study Program can continue for the re-accreditation process in 2023.
