The Faculty Public Health (FPH) Universitas Indonesia (UI) is currently undergoing a process towards the Integrity Zone (ZI) of the Clean and Serving Bureaucracy Area (WBBM). WBBM itself is a title given to a work unit/work unit that has succeeded in carrying out bureaucratic reform very well, by having fulfilled most of the improvement process criteria in the lever components to realize a clean and accountable government and excellent public services.
In preparation for ZI-WBBM, FPH UI organizes socialization and refreshment for education staff within the faculty to strengthen the readiness of service officers. Held on Monday, May 8, 2023, in the Doctoral Promotion Room of FPH UI, this activity was opened by the Dean of FPH UI, Prof. dr. Mondastri Korib Sudaryo, M.S., D.Sc. “Currently we are in the process of assessing the Clean and Serving Bureaucratic Area Integrity Zone. For that, we need to refresh our understanding of ZI-WBBM so that we are ready both in understanding and determination to advance to the next stage. It is hoped that this ZI-WBBM will be a good thing for FPH UI by implementing best practices in all business processes,” said the Dean of FPH UI in his remarks.
In this activity, the Deputy Dean for Resources, Ventures, and General Administration of FPH UI, Dr. Milla Herdayati, S.K.M., M.Sc., as the main resource person. “The ultimate goal of WBBM for each work unit is to be able to provide the best and highest possible service for its stakeholders, for FPH UI especially for students,” said Dr. Milla. Committed to providing excellent service, currently FPH UI has also equipped service facilities or infrastructure with special facilities for vulnerable groups.
On this occasion, pocket books on excellent service were also distributed within FPH UI, which can also be downloaded via the https://www.FPH.ui.ac.id/wp-content/uploads/2020/zi/bukusaku_layananprima.pdf page. The Prima Service Pocket Book is one of the innovations that serves as a guide for all service provider staff at FPH UI so that the services provided can meet and exceed customer expectations. (wrk)
