The result of this understanding is that it may investigate and control hazards and risks at workplace and evaluate them through an acceptable level.
“The comprehensive discussion on the framework for digitalization results in three systems for the implementation in the workplace. Besides, in facing industry 4.0, it is important to have a safety mindset to observe opportunities and challenges of the digital era,” said Ridwan.
Furthermore, Sri Suhardono S.T., M.Sc., as a Professional in Oil and Gas Company discussed the HSE (health safety and environment) management system by an information technology approach to face the industrial era 4.0. Sri began the discussion by explaining the overall management system related to process safety and job safety by looking at the occurrence of likelihood and severity. He also explained some existing apps which help in process safety such as flaresim, DNV, item tool kit and hazop operability in his presentation.
Sri also said that, in the digital era, it is necessary to choose tools to collect data and make analysis of decision making and system visualization in developing tools to visualize data.
