The Faculty of Public Health (FPH) Universitas Indonesia (UI) again held a regular meeting agenda for monitoring and evaluation of performance outcomes in the 4th quarter of 2022 on Friday, January 6, 2023. The meeting was chaired by the Dean, Prof. dr. Mondastri Korib Sudaryo, M.S., D.Sc., and attended by Deputy Deans, Managers, and Coordinators from all work units at FPH UI. The activity took place offline in the Health Sciences Cluster UI Building’s Meeting Room.
The performance achievements that are monitored and evaluated are seen from the performance indicators of all fields totaling 68 (sixty eight) indicators. The 68 indicators consist of 17 (seventeen) indicators in field 1 (one), 8 (eight) indicators in field 2 (eight), 12 (twelve) indicators in area 3 (three), 4 (four) indicators 17 (seventeen) indicators, 12 (twelve) indicators for fields under the University Secretary (SU), and 2 (two) indicators for non-sectors.
Of the 68 performance indicators, the total percentage of Faculty Achievement reached 234%, while the achievement score reached 210.67%. The highest percentage of performance achievements in units under the Dean are sequentially achieved by Public Health Journals, Research and Community Service Units, Logistics, Human Resources, Facilities Management and Maintenance, Information Technology, LPPKM, Cooperation, Public Relations, Academics, Secretariat of Leaders and Administration General Affairs, Student Affairs, Faculty Secretary, Non-Academic Quality Assurance Unit, Academic and Financial Quality Assurance Unit.
In his remarks, the Dean of FPH UI appreciated the hard work of all units throughout 2022 while at the same time looking at the achievements that still needed to be improved along with providing suggestions regarding steps that could be recommended to be taken. “In the field of achievements both nationally and internationally, we need to provide attractive support and stimulus so that our students can achieve more,” added Prof. Mondastry.
Monitoring and evaluation meetings are a routine agenda every quarter, apart from for the Dean’s management, they are also held specifically for Departments and Study Programs. (sf)
