FPH UI is currently making various preparations to achieve the Integrity Zone for Clean Serving Bureaucratic Region (WBBM) title, which will take place in 2023, following the Integrity Zone title towards a Corruption-Free Area (WBK) which was successfully achieved in December 2021. In preparation for the selection, FPH UI internalized various faculty objectives to education staff through a plenary meeting on Wednesday, December 7, 2022.
The plenary meeting was opened by the Dean of FPH UI, Prof. dr. Mondastri K. Sudaryo, M.S., D.Sc., and the presentation was delivered by the Deputy Dean for Resources, Ventures and General Administration, Dr. Milla Herdayati, S.K.M., M.Si. The plenary meeting was also attended by the Deputy Dean for Education, Research and Student Affairs, managers, coordinators, and all education staff.
Doctor Milla said that service providers at FPH UI are part of the ASN (State Civil Apparatus), which bureaucratically must provide clean and quality public services. By Kemenpan-RB regulations, public service providers must survey the community for the services provided to make continuous improvements. Continuous improvement can be achieved by following up on the results of community service surveys.
Creating FPH UI with integrity requires strategies in various areas. One of the strategies pursued is to carry out the Integrated Service Management Policy, which has been implemented since August 2022. An important capital that FPH UI in building integrated services has carried out is the ZI title obtained in 2021, the implementation of ISO 9001: 2015, and, most recently, FPH UI passed the ISO 37001: 2016 SMAP certification audit.
Furthermore, Dr. Milla described the faculty’s efforts that have been and will be carried out:
- Integrated Management Policy
- Mandatory Integrity Pact for all employees
- Comply with Standard Operational Standards/POB for all services
- Efforts to socialize a performance culture with integrity
- Monitoring and evaluation
- Service Satisfaction Survey
- Corruption Perceptions Index Survey
- Complaints/alleged gratuities/Whistle Blowing System (WBS)
- Assessment and handling of complaints to be carried out by the Anti-Bribery Compliance Commission (KKAP)
Continuous improvement efforts: management meetings, leadership meetings, lecturer plenary meetings, and student plenary meetings
Doctor Milla emphasized that FPH UI’s main business process is the tri dharma of higher education, namely education, research, and community service. However, the tri dharma of higher education is not only the task of the teaching staff but also requires important support from all educational staff. With their respective functions, all academic staff play an important role in the progress and achievement of FPH UI goals.
This plenary is hoped to equip all FPH UI members to provide quality, sincere services and protect each other’s personalities from bribery and gratuities. (sfh)
