Thursday, 15 December 2022, the Faculty of Public Health (FPH) at the Universitas Indonesia (UI) has officially received the SNI ISO 37001:2016 Anti-Bribery Quality Management System certification from Garuda Indonesia Certification. The certification was obtained after FPH UI underwent a certification audit on 14 (fourteen) work units under the dean on 5 and 6 December 2022 and it was proven that FPH UI had implemented an anti-bribery management system.
The step to undergo ISO 37001: 2016 Anti-Bribery Management System (SMAP) certification is FPH UI’s commitment to provide quality services free from bribery, gratuities, kickbacks and the like. As is well known, FPH UI has also had an ISO 9001: 2015 quality management certificate since 2017. ISO 9001: 2015 certification is a significant asset for FPH UI when taking steps to achieve a Corruption-Free Area Integrity Zone in 2021.
Currently, with these two certifications, FPH UI has large capital and is one step ahead in preparation for achieving the Clean Serving Bureaucratic Area Integrity Zone (WBBM) which will begin in 2023.
“I am very grateful for this certification achievement, step by step FPH UI is moving towards ZI WBBM. Big appreciation to all academicians, residents, and the big family of FPH UI who have worked hard together to achieve this certification,” said the Dean of FPH UI, Prof. dr. Mondastri Korib Sudaryo, M.S., D.Sc.
This SNI ISO 37001:2016 certification will be valid for 3 years until December 14, 2025, with the first surveillance schedule in November 2023, the second surveillance in November 2024, and re-accreditation in November 2025.
