Wednesday, 8 February 2023, at the Doctoral Promotion Room on the FPH UI Campus, the socialization of the latest Rector’s regulation No. 4 of 2022 concerning procedures for procuring goods/services financed from the UI budget. This socialization is aimed at structural and implementing officials within the faculty with the hope of providing the same understanding regarding the implementation of the procurement of goods and services, so that in the future this process can run smoothly and work well.
“It is important to disseminate this latest Rector’s Regulation to all parties within the faculty because the procurement process involves many parties. It is hoped that this same understanding can expedite the procurement process,” explained the General Manager of FPH UI, Dr. Martya Rahmaniati Makful in opening the socialization.
The socialization presented resource person Farida Rachmawati, S.E., CPSp., Head of Sub-Directorate for Planning, LPSE Management from the Directorate of Procurement and Logistics, Universitas Indonesia. The resource person presented the dissemination of the Implementation of Chancellor’s Regulation No. 4 of 2022 concerning the procurement of UI Goods and Services.
Present at the socialization were 55 (fifty-five) participants consisting of implementers of finance/procurement work units, Coordinators, and Deputy General Manager of FPH UI.
