Monday, July 11, 2022, as many as 16 education staff from the Faculty of Public Health (FPH) of the Universitas Indonesia (UI) were appointed as Candidates for Non-PNS Permanent Employees at the Universitas of Indonesia (CPUI). The appointment of this employee is carried out on a hybrid basis.
The recruitment of CPUI for education staff has been carried out for approximately 6 (six) months starting from December 14, 2021. A total of 339 formations were opened in this recruitment and were attended by 613 applicants. Based on the results of the selection series, there were 516 applicants who were declared to have passed to the final stage and symbolically received the Rector’s Decree concerning the Appointment of Candidates for Non-PNS UI Permanent Employees.
Included in the 516 applicants who passed were 16 education staff from FPH UI. They are Anandani Difratia Prihabida, S.S.; Annisa Citra Rheeyaninda, S.K.M.; Arisa Tika Wahyuliza, S.K.M.; Asma Nabilah, S.K.M.; Azelia Chairunnisa, A.Md.E.; Citra Permata Hati, S.K.M.; Ella Ayu Septia Mustika, S.K.M.; Maulida Istiqlaliyah, S.K.M.; Mella Virgi Amelia, S.Ak.; Nico Kurnia Pratama, S.T.; Nur Asih Anggraeni, S.Gz.; Prilly Wiashari, S.H.; Rosmaida, S.K.M.; Sayogya Oktarona, S. Kom.; Sigit Prasetio, S.I.A.; and Wulan Rindra Kusuma, S.Sos.
In her speech, UI HR Director, Dr.-Ing. Amalia Suzianti, S.T., M.Sc. said that this year’s recruitment of education staff is the largest recruitment in UI history. “Education staff is one of the cogs that can support the achievement of UI’s performance targets. Through appointment as permanent employees, it is hoped that education staff can be more motivated to give maximum contribution and performance,” said Dr.-Ing Amalia.
The CPUIs are expected to be able to complete performance contracts to be subsequently appointed as permanent non-PNS UI employees. CPUI will carry out a trial period for a maximum of 2 years and will receive some training to support the improvement of work ethic. (wrk)
