On Wednesday, July 27, 2022, the Faculty of Public Health (FPH) of the Universitas Indonesia (UI) carried out the graduation determination for students in the even semester of the 2021/2022 academic year. The activity which was carried out virtually through the zoom application was attended by the Dean, Prof. Mondastri Korib Sudaryo, M.S., D.Sc., and the Vice Dean for Education, Research, and Student Affairs, Dr. Ir. Asih Setiarini, M.Sc. In addition, the Heads and Secretaries of departments, Heads of Study Programs, Heads of Study Groups, Coordinators of related units, and staff of the Education Administration Subunit, departments, study programs, and study groups were also present.
To get the predicate pass, the students must complete several obligations. These obligations include completing final assignments such as theses, theses, and dissertations, completing credits according to a predetermined number, and already having a free library certificate. Judicial filing (other than photos) is prepared by students and carried out online through the Integration System for Registration of Exams and Student Judiciary (SIPUDYM).
Based on the results of the graduation, as many as 413 students passed. This number consists of 90 students of S-1 Regular Public Health, 45 students of Regular Bachelor of Nutrition, 36 students of Regular S-1 of Environmental Health, 41 students of S-1 Regular Occupational Safety and Health, 9 students of S-1 Public Health Extension, 36 Masters students in Hospital Administration, 71 Masters students in Public Health Sciences, 51 Masters students in Occupational Safety and Health, 15 Masters students in Public Health Sciences, and 5 Doctoral students in Epidemiology. In the future, there are still several things that must be prepared until students receive diplomas and transcripts in accordance with university regulations.
The large number of FPH UI graduates is a manifestation of FPH UI’s vision as a center for public health education and plays an active role in the development of the public health profession. FPH UI will continue to develop and innovate to produce the best public health graduates in their fields. (BK)
