“In the second quarter of 2022, there are a number of targets that have been updated with percentages that have shot up many times from the first quarter, especially on targets in the student body and in other fields. Through this monitoring evaluation meeting we can continue to monitor the performance achievements that we compare with the Performance Contracts. It is hoped that this monitoring and evaluation will bring us to focus on the goals of faculties and universities in general,” said Dr. Ir. Asih Setiarini, M.Sc., Deputy Dean for Education and Student Affairs, FPH UI, at the opening of the FPH UI performance evaluation monitoring meeting for the second quarter. The evaluation monitoring meeting was held in an online manner on Thursday, July 14, 2022.
In the second quarter of 2022, there is a revision of the performance contract achievement that refers to the internationalization goals of the university, including increasing international mobility targets for both students and teaching staff as well as increasing student achievement targets on a national and international scale. FPH UI made various efforts to meet these targets, including by designing approaches to encourage students to be more active in competing on various opportunities. FPH UI routinely also hosts the Public Health Study Tour which is attended by foreign students. In addition, the faculty has scheduled various international scientific activities in the third and fourth quarters. The closest is The 2nd International Teleconference on Technology and Policy (ITTP) in Supporting Implementation of the COVID-19 Recovery Plan in South East Asia.
The monitoring meeting was attended by the Deputy Deans, Secretary to the Faculty , Managers, Deputy General Manager and Subunit Coordinators throughout FPH UI. In her introduction, the Secretary of the Faculty, Nelasari, M.K.M., stated that in the second quarter, the average percentage of faculty achievement referring to the faculty’s annual target was 141.078%, consisting of Field 1 Achievements (Academics, Departments, Study Programs, Information Technology, Student Affairs and Quality Assurance Unit) 61.42%, Achievement in Sector 2 and non-Sector (Finance, Logistics, Facilities) 223.74%, Achievement in Field 3 (Research and Community Service Unit, Department) 211.659%, Achievement in Field 4 (HR, Department, Cooperation, Venture and Alumni Relation, Research Centres) 118.944% , and the achievement of under Secretary to the University (Secretariat of the Faculty, General Administration and Public Relations) 83.272%.
The manager in charge of each main task and function according to the field on the next occasion gave a more detailed explanation of the value of the achievement, completed with the steps that had been taken and the obstacles faced and opened a discussion to solicit input to facilitate the fulfilment of targets in the next quarter. This forum has become one of the regular forums as a manifestation of performance accountability at FPH UI. This forum is also the forum for the first stage in monitoring and evaluating performance.
